Four Arrested on Drug Charges

During August of 2013, Cleburne County Sheriff's Officer's and special agents with the 16th Judicial district drug task force conducted an undercover operation that resulted in two search warrants being executed in Heber Springs Arkansas with the assistance of the Heber Springs Police Department, which resulted in 3 males and a female being arrested and booked into the CLEBURNE County Jail on numerous felony drug charges.
The first warrant was executed at 809 south 6th street in Heber Springs. During the warrant officers seized firearms, suspected marijuana, and United States currency. Arrested as a result of the warrant were Kyle Derrickson 28 of Heber Springs and Heather Pitts 22 of Heber Springs. Charges on the 2 consist of Delivery of Controlled Substances, Manufacturing Marijuana, and Felony Possession of drug Paraphernalia, Maintaining a Drug Premise within 1000 feet of a church, and Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms.
The second warrant was executed at 605 West Cross Street in Heber Springs. During execution of the warrant officers seized firearms, suspected marijuana, and United States currency. Arrested were Robert Brock 33, of Heber Springs, and Joshua Brock 33 of Heber Springs. Charges on the 2 consist of Possession with intent to deliver Marijuana, Maintaining a Drug premise within 1000 feet of a church and Simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.
