ON 4/10/09 at approximately 10:00 pm. Sheriff Marty Moss, Chief Deputy Scott Willeford and Detective Kim Bettis arrested Marion Jared Boshell DOB 12/20/1979 in Faulkner County with the assistance of the U. S Marshall Service and the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office. Boshell has been avoiding apprehension since December 2008.Boshell was arrested without incident and transported to the Cleburne County Detention Center. Boshell has $50,000.00 cash only on the felony charges and $2,770.00 cash only on a misdemeanor warrant for non-payment of fines. He was also wanted out of White County on a Probation Revocation. Brian Turner DOB 11/15/1986 was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Forgery according to Detective Phil Burnham and Detective John Hendricks. Turner stole his mothers debit card number and used it on two separate occasions. Bond was set at $5,000.00.
