Warrants Deputy Philip Schaumleffel
The Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office Warrants/Civil Process Division, is comprised of two Deputies. Deputy Lonnie Massey is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow and service of Civil Process and Deputy Philip Schaumleffel is responsible for the entry of warrants into the in house system as well as the Arkansas Crime Information Center’s Computers. Other responsibilities include the tracking and removal of service warrants. Deputy Schaumleffel is also responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of our computer systems and programs. The Civil/Warrants Division works closely with various courts, judge’s, attorney’s, out of town/state agencies and the public. The Civil/Warrants Division enters, disperses and serves all legal paperwork, including:
- Landlord/Tenant disputes
- Protection Orders
- Home/Landowner disputes
- Divorces
- Warrants
- Writ of Execution
- Ex-Parte Orders
