On April 11^th, an affidavit charging 29 year-old Christopher Couch of Cabot, AR with Financial Identity Fraud was presented to the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. The charges resulted from the investigation of a Residential Burglary reported to the Sheriff’s Office on 16 March. Couch is currently being held in the Boone County Jail, in Columbia MO.

Two additional counts of Theft of Property and a charge of Residential Burglary were filed against Thomas Skipper of Concord during the past week. These charges are in addition to the two counts of Theft of Property filed when Skipper was arrested on March 26^th. Skipper is still being held in the Cleburne County Detention Center. Bond for Skipper has been raised from $10,000 to a total of $30,000.
