Felony Arrests in Concord/Drasco

 

Detectives and Narcotics Investigators have arrested and charged four individuals from the Drasco/Concord area with a variety of Felonies.

Forty-four year old Thomas Skipper, of Concord was arrested on March 26, 2012 and booked into jail charged with two counts of Theft of Property. The charges involve two separate incidents investigated by Detectives from the Sheriff’s Office. Bond for Skipper was set at $10,000.

In the course of the same investigation, Detectives have also arrested Jason Hess, a thirty-five year currently living on Wolf Bayou Cutoff. Hess was arrested on March 27th and is facing charges of Theft of Property, Residential Burglary, and Deliver of Methamphetamine. Bond for Hess was set at $25,000.

Thirty-three year old Bethany Galloway and thirty year old Brandon Dyke, were both arrested at their residence at 118 Timber Ridge Drive in Drasco on March 14th. Both Galloway and Dyke have been charged with Maintaining a Drug Premises, Possession of Methamphetamine with the Purpose to Deliver, Endangering the Welfare of a Minor, Exposing a Child to a Chemical Substance or Methamphetamine, and Possession with the Purpose to Use Drug Paraphernalia. The arrest involved Detectives and Narcotics Investigators from the Sheriff’s Office and Officers from the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections. Bond for both Galloway and Dyke was set at $50,000 each.
