On 10/23/09 Detective Kim Bettis arrested a 23 year-old Enola man Jeffery Hodges and charged him with Rape after he confessed to having a sexual relationship with a 13 year-old female on at least two occasions. Hodges was arrested and placed in the Cleburne County Detention Center and charged with Rape a Class “Y” Felony. His bond was set at $25,000.00.
