Cleburne County Sheriff’s Deputies Make Arrest for Illegal Sales of Alcoholic Beverages
Several months ago, the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office received information that a man named Charles was conducting the illegal sale of alcoholic beverages from his home in Drasco. The sheriff’s office opened an investigation into the allegation, and during the course of the investigation, evidence was gathered that resulted in a search warrant being served at the home of Charles E. Glosser, 59, of Drasco. The execution of the search warrant resulted in the seizure of 74 cases of beer, 21 bottles of vodka, and 49 bottles of whiskey. Charles Glosser was arrested and charged for Sale or Possession of Intoxicating Liquor without a License.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
