Sheriff's Office participates in Active Shooter Drill
On August 8, 2017, the Cleburne County Sheriff's Office participated in an Active Shooter Drill at Concord High School. The drill, completed in partnership with D2 Security Solutions out of Searcy, aimed at improving communication and working relations with Concord School staff, as well as preparation for an active shooter situation. Law enforcement agencies typically train on active shooter scenarios at least one time per year, in addition to any cross training with area schools or businesses. The Sheriff's Office strives to be as prepared as possible for the widest variety of scenarios, in order to better serve our county and it's citizens.
