A search warrant executed on Nicholson Road near Concord on February 1^st resulted in the arrest of fifty-two year old Janet Nicholson. Nicholson is charged with Possession With Intent to Deliver (Marijuana), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Approximately 465 grams of Marijuana and 3.5 grams of Meth were seized. The warrant was obtained by Sheriff’s Office Investigators and executed with the help of other local agencies. Bond for Nicholson was set at $50,000.
