Officers Return to Walnut Street

 

      For the second time during the month of January a drug related search warrant was executed at 406 West Walnut Street in Heber Springs. The warrant was served Wednesday morning, January 23rd by Narcotics Investigators and Deputies from the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office, Arkansas State Troopers, and Officers and Detectives from the Heber Springs Police Department. Four individuals present at the time the warrant was executed were arrested and transported to the Cleburne County Detention Center.

      John Fredrick Sparks, age 55, of Heber Springs charged with Maintaining a Drug Premise, Possession of Meth with Intent to deliver, and Felony Possession of Drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $30,000.00.

      Cathy Campbell, age 39, of Heber Springs charged with Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,000.00.

      Patrick Murray, age 47, of Heber Springs charged with Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,000.00.

      Vincent Waldron, age 34, of Heber Springs charged with Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,000.00.

      During the search warrant officers located numerous items used in the consumption of methamphetamine, as well as, approximately 7 grams of a substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine. The search warrants and resulting arrests are the products of information developed during continual county wide drug related investigations.
