Three Charged in Meth Investigation

Narcotics Investigators from the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Heber Springs Police Department and the 16th Judicial Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 2221 Hwy 25-B North in Heber Springs on Monday. Three individuals, twenty-one year old Joseph Clayman of Heber Springs, forty-four year old David Robison of Heber Springs and forty-one year old James Lynch of Pangburn were taken into custody and booked into the Cleburne County Detention Center. All three have been charged with Maintaining a Drug Premise, Delivery of Methamphetamine (Clayman three counts, Robison and Lynch two counts each) and two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The Delivery of Methamphetamine charges carry an enhanced penalty due to the fact that the offense occurred within 1,000 feet of the Heber Springs Community Center. Bond was set at $40,000 each.
