The Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office Civil Process Division, is managed by Sheriff Alan Roberson. The Civil Service Division works closely with various courts, judge’s, attorney’s, out of town/state agencies and the public. The Civil Service Division enters, disperses and serves all legal paperwork, including:

• Landlord/Tenant disputes
• Protection Orders
• Home/Landowner disputes
• Divorces
• Writ of Execution
• Ex-Parte Orders
