On 12/7/2008 a search warrant was executed at 54 Water Tank Rd in Tumbling Shoals. Present at the residence were Teresa Scates 5/19/1970 and Michelle Brock 1/13/1964. Both subjects were found to be in possession of a substance believed to be methamphetamine.
Both subjects were transported to Cleburne County Jail and charged with possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine and class C felony.
Michelle Brock was also arrested for two counts of Delivery of a controlled substance methamphetamine a class Y felony. These charges are the result of a long-term investigation conducted by the Cleburne County Narcotics Division.
