Thomas Duane Millward

On Tuesday, September 27th a class C Felony Warrant was issued for 51 year old, Thomas Duane Millward. The charges filed were based on Millward’s failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements, a Class C Felony and were filed by Chief Deputy Alan Roberson.

Millward, a level three, registered sex offender, who relocated to this area from Virginia in 2009, was last known to reside in the Greers Ferry area. Millward was required to register as a sex offender based on a conviction in the State of Virginia for abducting two juvenile females and holding them against their will.

Bond for Millward was set at $50,000.
