On October 4th an affidavit was presented to the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charging 29 year old Kevin Jinks of Greers Ferry with Theft by Receiving. The case was filed by Detective John Ed Hendricks of the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office. The charge was filed by Detective Hendricks after approximately $1,800 in property that had been reported stolen in July this year was recovered at a residence in Greers Ferry.

Detective Sergeant Phil Burnham presented an affidavit to the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office on October 6th, charging 57 year old Glenn Baker of Judsonia with Theft of Property. The charge stemmed from the investigation of a report received by the Sheriff’s Office that a food vendor trailer valued at $45,000 had been stolen from a residence on Edgemont Road. The trailer was located and recovered in Searcy on October 3rd.
