On June 11, Sgt. Alan Roberson and Deputy Willie Baker were involved in a pursuit which began on Piney Creek Road and continued into White County and then back into our county. White County was requested to assist and with their efforts Eugen Alberty was found hiding in the wood line approximately 1/8 of a mile from where he had lost control of his vehicle and left the roadway and fled from the scene. When located Eugene Alberty was arrested and charged with Fleeing, DWI and Refusal to Submit to alcohol testing. On 6/12/09 Sgt. Bryon Rushing arrested Gary Keiter for DWI and Driving on a Alcohol Related Suspended License after he lost control of his motorcyle and left the roadway. Keither was transported to the Cleburne County Detention Center where he was given field sobriety tests and a Breathalyzer. Keither registered a .16 which is twice the legal limit in Arkansas. On 6/13/09 County officer's responded to Damiste Park after recieving a 911 call that there was a fight at Dam Site Park Campsite I-14. Deputies arrested Pamela Milum of Batesville, Milum was charged with Public Intox,Disorderly Conduct and Possession of a controlled Substance all misdemeanor charges and transported to the Cleburne County Detention Center. On 6/14/05 Deputy Leonard Ashlock arrested two minors for Minor In Possession of Alcohol after recieving complaints from Damsite Park Rangers near the Damsite day use area. 20 year olds Sean Browser and Cory Reeves of Cabot were both arrested and transported to the Cleburne County Detention Center.
