At approximately 9:45 PM last night the bodies of Chetana Armbya and Narain Armbya were recovered from Greers Ferry Lake. After being located by a sonar team from the Missouri Highway Patrol in 33 feet of water both victims were recovered by the Arkansas Game and Fish dive team. The search, which started Saturday was coordinated by the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office and involved the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, Arkansas Game and Fish, Cove Creek Fire Department, Corp of Engineers, the Missouri Highway Patrol, and numerous local volunteers. The hard work and resources provided by all these agencies and individuals is deeply appreciated.
